Description

Something creative, wow!

So in case you're curious, this is fanart for my Warriors Fanfiction Hareheart that I've been writing on and off since November of 2010. And I'm finally nearing the end of it, so I made this as a means of trying to get my head in the game to finish those last few chapters. My writing has certainly improved along the way too (I've been attempting to go from descriptive to illustrative), so therefore I plan to go back and edit many of the older chapters some time as well.

Yeah! I'll post a link to it below if you'd to take a look, but just know that it's unfinished and could certainly use some polishing.
Characters: Hareheart on the left, and the faded white cat is Snowstar.

Good day! As part of Project-Comment, I'll be providing a comment. Please take whatever can help you become a better artist!

:bulletblue:
>Beautiful, moody, muted coloring. A major sense of mystery is being conveyed by the work all from the coloring and the placement of subjects. Hareheart is well rendered, and given form by the shading of the grass and shadow.
>Hareheart's line of action and posture is well-done; very representative of how cats would move.

:bulletred:
>Composition-wise, it all feels confusing. The body of Hareheart points to the left, with his(her?) head pointing to the right. Snowstar, however, is pointing to the right. This confuses the eyes, and makes them wonder where to start and end.
>Snowstars eyes feels tacked onto the background, with no blending to help bland.

>Overall a good piece. You have coloring done well, but practice your composition. You can convey even more mystery with the proper composition.
